Katie Matuska

I started practicing yoga in college. My yoga class was the only place I found presence and connected with my body.

I teach yoga because this practice has changed my life. Through my trainings and teaching I have learned how to take up space while speaking and being from a place of authenticity and vulnerability. My goal is to build community and create a safe and challenging space for students to explore their physical and mental power.

Workshops

"Be Where Your Feet Are" Flow 

My classes are challenging power vinaysa style that are full of physical cues. My intention as a teacher is to help my students build awareness of their physicalness and be where their feet are. I will push students out of their comfort zone and help them discover their personal power. My promise to you is that I will show up as I am.
