Root to Rise: A Three-Night Yoga & Somatic Dance Campout

May 29th - June 1st

80 Acres of Nature | Yoga & Movement | Live Sound Baths | Sunset Dance Celebrations

Step away from the noise of city life and into 80 acres of towering redwoods, sun-drenched meadows, and refreshing streams for a three-night journey of movement, music, and community connection. Nestled in the heart of the Santa Cruz Mountains, Root to Rise is more than a retreat and beyond a festival—it’s a space to rejuvenate, express, and embody the whimsical joy of being alive.

Each day, immerse yourself in soulful yoga sessions, vibrant dance workshops, AcroYoga play, and live sound baths featuring mesmerizing arrays of instruments. As the sun sets, we gather for Somatic Dance—an ecstatic, heart-opening journey of movement beneath the painted sky.

Camp beneath the stars or opt for a cozy glamping tent. Wake up to the crisp forest air, move your body, nourish yourself with two delicious, wholesome vegetarian meals per day, and let the rhythms of nature guide you back to yourself.

This is your invitation to move, breathe, connect, and celebrate in the embrace of nature. What's not to love!?
